When a customer lodges a query in your ticket system we will log in to your ticket system to reply. Our responses will therefore appear to come directly from your company, and we remain anonymous in the process.
If you do not yet have your own ticket system, we can help install one for you.
Limitations - We will not answer:
- Tickets which fall outside the scope of the service areas listed for your support plan (for example, Standard Technical Support, Sales Support, and so on). Please see the relevant plan pages of this site for full details of what types of support are included.
- Technical support and billing tickets which do not directly involve a web hosting account on a server covered by your support plan (applies to the 24/7 Web Host Technical Support plan only).
