Out-of-Hours shifts are those that include any work hours between 10pm and 6am Philippines time (GMT+8). All other shifts are Normal Hours shifts.
We provide a phone number in your region. When somebody calls that number, the call is answered on your behalf by our technical support agents in the Philippines.
Our technical support engineers are well placed to handle a variety of technical support requirements including web hosting and software support. They can attend to your customers by phone, email, online chat, Skype and your ticket system.
Each technical support engineer you hire will work exclusively for you and will not work for any other client.
You choose the shift start time for each technical support engineer you hire. The engineer will then work a 9-hour shift from that time (including a 1-hour meal break). Engineers work from Monday to Friday.
