How To Assign Work
- You can explain your project or tasks directly to your assigned expert via your preferred online communication method. VAs are also contactable via a local phone number in most areas.
- The expert will undertake the work you assign and report directly back to you.
- Your assigned expert will update you daily, or more often if you prefer.
- You review the expert's work and provide further instructions as needed.
- You can contact your expert at any time they are on duty.

Billing
You can sign up to trial an expert without paying a cent. We won't even ask for your credit card details. If you decide to proceed at the end of the trial period then you simply need to let us know and pay for the first month of service.
Our billing cycle is then monthly-in-advance. Cancel at any time to avoid further charges.
Payment options depend on your location but include credit card and bank transfer options via Paypal and Wise.com, or direct bank deposit. All major credit cards are supported.
